we ask you to note the following house rules and pass them on to all fellow travelers.
Trained and qualified staff is available for you from 08:15 to 20:00.
Please note that payment transactions are only possible between 8:00 and 20:00.
The hotel provides at least one key card for each room. If you need another room key, please contact the staff at the reception desk. The room key must be returned when leaving the house.
Check in is possible at 3pm. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11 am, unless individual arrangements were made.
You can leave your luggage at the reception desk for temporary storage at any time.
Bed linen and towels are available in all rooms and included in the room price. The disposal of toiletries or other items in the toilets is not permitted, in each bathroom there are hygiene buckets available.
Furthermore, we would like to ask you to handle all furniture and objects with care. Guests will be held responsible for any damages done to our furnishing and amenities.

Please note that breakfast might be very busy between 7.00am and 8.30am on weekdays and between 08:30am and 10:00am on weekends and bank holidays. Please make sure you plan enough time!
No food and drinks may be taken outside from the buffet, unless permitted by the hotel – for example, against payment of a surcharge.
Sleeping hours, order & safety
We ask you to keep peace at night in the hours from 10 pm until 6 am. Any noise should be avoided. Infringements can lead to an immediate ban from the house. The hotel expects respectful interaction with other guests, residents and staff. It is not allowed to lean out of the windows, sit on the windowsills, throw things out of the windows or shout out of the windows.
Emergency exits are only to be used in an emergency.
It is important to note the maximum permitted load of the elevators. In case of improper use, the hotel assumes no liability and you will be charged the resulting costs.
There are regular inspections of the building during day and nighttime. The front door is always closed. Access to the house is possible at any time after ringing the bell / or using the number code – right at the entrance. For security reasons, please note that the public areas are under video surveillance.
Visitors are only allowed in the rooms after prior registration at the reception desk. The staff can deny access in individual cases.
Food, smoking, illegal intoxicants & weapons
The consumption of self-brought food and drinks is not permitted in public areas.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel. The hotel may charge a fee of 250 € in case of disregarding our no smoking rules. The same applies to the manipulation of smoke detectors, alarm systems or the unauthorized opening of emergency doors.
The hotel reserves the right to claim higher damages, if for example the fire department will arrive due to unauthorized smoking.
The bringing of illegal intoxicants and weapons is strictly prohibited and leads to the immediate ban from the house. In any case, the authorities will be notified immediately.
In case of an emergency
The fire alarm is a loud beep. When you hear the sound you are no longer allowed to go to your room. Please leave the hotel as quickly as you can via the designated emergency exits and do not use the elevator.
All emergency exits are marked accordingly. Escape plans are located on the room doors as well as in all hallways. The meeting point is located opposite the hotel in Weserstrasse. The instructions from the hotel staff must be followed at any time.
From the first of March 2019, we can’t offer parking tickets for the public parking anymore.
As an alternative, we can currently recommend the car park – Plaza Frankfurter Allee in the Voigtstr. 2 in 10247 Berlin.
The footpath amounts to a 10-minute walk from there to the hotel.
Please also note that in most of Berlin, you need the green “environmental badge” on your vehicle

Gross violations of the house rules, the general terms and conditions as well as the disregard of instructions by the staff lead to house referral. A refund for already paid services is excluded.
